Fingerprinting is mandatory in Ohio for the following areas (and perhaps others in the future). If you are: • Responsible for the care, custody and control of children SB38. If you have been a resident of Ohio for 5 years or more and have a valid driver's license or a valid State ID, then an Ohio BCI electronic fingerprint check is the method by which background checks will be done. If, on the other hand (no pun intended, but it is humorous), you have not been a resident of Ohio for 5 years or more and you are (responsible for the care, custody or control of children), or you are (responsible for the direct care of the elderly), then ... You will need both of the following: • Electronic fingerprinting (for Ohio) BCI Check We provide both of these services. Beginning in early 2006, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) required that all requests for Ohio Civilian background checks be submitted electronically. This can also be used for Liquor control backgrounds & applications, as well as for Pre Employment inquiries in the private sector, just to name a few. Electronic fingerprinting is the new standard, and we can help. This technology speeds up results of the background checks improving critical decision making on new hires and on compliance issues. • Well trained We will provide a Technical Surveillance of Counter Measures (TSCM) or commonly referred to as "Sweeps" or " Debugging" of your suspect areas prior to and / or during sensitive meetings. We can be available to travel to any of your facilities within the United States. The TSCM includes searching physically and electronically for all major types of audio and video transmitters. We utilize computer driven correlators to seek out any AM, FM, RF, Carrier Current and Infrared signals. Every TSCM is conducted at the personal direction of current members of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI. Each successfully completed special electronic technical training in countermeasures provided by federal agencies. |
